小さな鳴き声から家族へ ― カンナの物語
This is the story of a small kitten named Kanna, and how she slowly found her place in our home.
これは、カンナという小さな子猫が、少しずつ居場所を見つけていった記録です。
Kanna was about two months old when I found her crying near my workplace.
She was very weak and suffering from a serious cat cold.
カンナは生後2か月ほどの頃、職場の近くで鳴いているところを保護しました。
猫風邪がひどく、とても弱っていました
She needed several visits to the veterinary clinic.
Little by little, her condition improved, day by
何度も動物病院に通い、
少しずつ、確実に回復していきました。
Before Kanna arrived, a tortoiseshell cat had been rescued while pregnant.
She raised six kittens and sent them all to loving homes.
When Kanna came, she accepted her like a mother once again.
カンナが来る前に、さび猫を妊娠中に保護しました。
6匹の子猫を育て、全員が里親さんのもとへ旅立ったあと、
カンナを母親のように受け入れてくれました。
Now Kanna has grown into a gentle young cat.
The two cats live together peacefully, sharing a quiet daily life.
いまではカンナもすっかりお姉さんになり、
我が家で2匹、穏やかに暮らしています。
Sometimes, family is not decided by blood, but by time and care.
家族は、血のつながりではなく、
一緒に過ごした時間が作るものなのかもしれません。
